We are seeking an experienced IAM Support Engineer (L2-L3) to provide advanced operational support for enterprise Identity and Access Management services across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments. The role focuses on incident resolution, complex request fulfilment, monitoring, reporting, and service improvement to ensure IAM services meet defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2-L3 operational support across IAM platforms in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests relating to identity lifecycle (JML), access requests, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and PKI.
  • Troubleshoot identity synchronisation, authentication failures, MFA issues, and certificate-based access problems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem management and continual service improvement.
  • Monitor IAM services, integrations, and connectors to maintain availability and performance.
  • Respond to alerts from security monitoring tools and prevent SLA breaches.
  • Produce operational and ad hoc IAM reporting, including SLA and KPI metrics.
  • Support audit, compliance, and security reporting activities.
  • Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience providing L2-L3 IAM operational support.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and PKI concepts.
  • Experience supporting IAM technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, MIM, Okta, BeyondTrust, PKI, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience working in ITIL-aligned support environments with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and application teams.

Desirable

  • IAM or security-related certifications.
  • Experience supporting hybrid or multi-cloud IAM environments.
  • Exposure to SIEM, security monitoring, or audit frameworks.
