Our client is a UK Top 40 insurance law firm with offices nationwide. Openings have arisen within their Healthcare department, and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years PQE. They are offering a competitive salary and plenty of hybrid flexibility. These roles are open to their Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham offices.
Your new role
These Healthcare Associate and Senior Associate positions will see you handle your own caseload of complex defendant clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion. You will be primarily acting for NHS Resolution and will be expected to provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating case documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience handling your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters.
