Your new company You will be working for a global manufacturing business, specialising in the design, production and distribution of bespoke and technical products. The company is looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain and Procurement to play a central role in the growth and development of the group’s two key brands. Your new role In this role you will lead the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, cost savings, compliance, and risk mitigation. Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring performance through regular evaluations and audits. Oversee demand forecasting, inventory control, and scheduling to balance just-in-time delivery with safety stock, implementing systems to maintain optimal stock levels. Report directly to the CEO, leading a high-performing team, setting performance targets, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate new products and partners, supporting cross-functional initiatives.
