Your new role working as the head of MGA Services will be for an independent and growing authorised intermediary, MGA and broker services platform as well as Cover holder. With offices based in the heart of the City, your new organisation is looking for a Head of MGA Services to come into the office 4 days a week to join their established Operations Team.
As Head of MGA Services, you will take on a pivotal leadership role within the organisation, reporting directly into the Head of Operations and acting as a senior figure across all the MGA-related activities. A key part of this role will be providing an exceptional service to the MGA and their clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Defining and delivering the MGA services strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business growth objectives while enhancing operational efficiency, speed to market and client experience.
- Identifying opportunities to expand services across underwriting and delegated authority operations.
