Hays Marketing is proud to be working in partnership with a Membership organisation based in Bedfordshire who, due to a recent restructure of their marketing team, they now have a new exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing, Membership & Sales to join their team.Reporting to the CEO, the new Head of Marketing, Membership & Sales, your role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy.to drive substantial revenue growth and market expansion. You will identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities, including product/service development and strategic partnerships.Key responsibilities include: Revenue Generation & Business Development:Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and cultivate high-value partnerships. Marketing & Brand Commercialisation:Oversee marketing campaigns, evolve the brand, and utilise data-driven insights to optimise performance. Sales Optimisation:Implement a high-performance sales culture, develop sales strategies, and analyse sales data to maximise outcomes.
