They are now seeking a passionate and experienced Head of HR to join their leadership team.Role Overview:As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives across the organisation. This is a key leadership position where you will provide hands-on, operational HR support and guidance to the senior leadership team, department heads, and managers. You will have three direct reports in to you and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including employment legislation, employee relations, change management, restructuring, training, recruitment, succession planning, payroll, pensions, and benefits.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice, support, and coaching to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
