We are seeking a reliable and experienced School Caretaker to provide full-time temporary cover at a school in Hartlepool, for one week, with the potential to extend.
Location: Hartlepool
Dates: Sunday 18th May - Thursday 22nd May
Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and securing the school site
- General site maintenance and health & safety checks
- Ensuring the premises are clean, safe, and ready for daily use
- Responding to basic maintenance issues as required
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
- Previous experience in a school caretaker or site manager role
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good understanding of health and safety within a school environment
