IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support)
York | Permanent | Hybrid Working
Salary - £29,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're looking for a customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team in York. Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, you'll provide first-line technical assistance, manage incidents and service requests, and help ensure users receive a professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Provide 1st line support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
/n
- Log, prioritise and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
/n
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments.
/n
- Manage user access requests and onboarding/offboarding activities.
/n
- Assist with IT asset management and hardware deployments.
/n
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required.
/n
/n
About You
/n
/n
- Previous customer service or support experience.
/n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
/n
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
/n
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop a career in IT.
/n
- Full UK driving licence.
/n
/n
Desirable
/n
/n
- Previous Service Desk or Helpdesk experience.
/n
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and SLAs.
/n
