The Opportunity
Hays are working with a well-established, sector leading, specialist contractor based in Manchester, who is looking to appoint a CAD/ Revit Technician to join their technical design team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a CAD Designer with Revit and AutoCAD experience, within the MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce Revit and AutoCAD models and drawings
- Prepare, amend, issue, and record drawings in line with internal procedures
- Submit drawings to Document Control or external stakeholders as required
- Effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet project deadlines
- Ensure drawings fully meet project requirements, agreed programmes of work, and internal processes
- Work closely with the wider contracting and project teams to support delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Experience producing Revit models and AutoCAD drawings
- Over 2 years' experience using Revit and AutoCAD
- MEP design experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
