Hays Property and Surveying are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join the Winchester office of an internationally renowned, multidisciplinary property consultancy.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate Building Surveyor to join the rural division of a leading global property consultancy.
This is a client-facing role within a highly regarded team advising private estates, rural landowners, institutions, charities and businesses on a varied portfolio of residential, agricultural and heritage property.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and delivering professional building surveying and project consultancy advice, working closely with colleagues across estate management, rural consultancy, planning and architecture.
This is a strong platform for an experienced surveyor who enjoys technical variety, client relationships and the opportunity to lead and develop the building consultancy offering for the Winchester office.
The role will be based in central Winchester, with a hybrid working arrangement available.
