Inside IR35 contract - Max Rate - £310 per day - Location: Hursley - Onsite 5 days per week. Candidates are required to hold active SC clearance. To ensure eligibility, SC clearance should have been in use within the last 9 months. Unfortunately, candidates with currently lapsed SC clearance will be unable to be considered for this role.
Role Overview: I am working with a key client of mine, a global consultancy who are looking for an Application Support Technician to provide Level 2/3 Support on a National Critical Infrastructure system. The role involves working closely with the client, third parties, and the consultancies delivery teams to ensure a 99.99% SLA within a Live Service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident and problem resolution
- Transaction tracing and service reporting
- Leading troubleshooting and issue resolution sessions
- Working with suppliers and onboarding new clients
