Job Description Are you an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager looking for more responsibility, a stronger development pathway and a genuinely supportive culture? Due to continued growth, they're now seeking an ambitious Audit Senior or Audit Assistant Manager to join their Hampshireteam. You'll take a lead role on a wide range of audits, managing fieldwork, supporting junior staff and contributing to high-quality client outcomes. Leading a variety of audit assignments across multiple sectors Preparing audit files, taking ownership of planning and supporting fieldwork Supervising and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and providing on-the-job training Ensuring audits are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard Preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP Preparing corporation tax computations Building positive relationships internally and with clients Using a range of modern software including IRIS, Silverfin, CaseWare, Xero and Sage You'll be confident managing audit work from planning through to completion, and comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
