We are the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, and our clients range from household names in banking, critical government sites as well as hospitals and schools. We're looking for a qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to be based at our Broadoak site in Portsmouth, delivering high-quality maintenance across a predominantly static site with additional regional support as required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contractual obligations and statutory requirements
- Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance tasks and system breakdowns
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems
Required Qualifications:
- Recognised Air Conditioning / HVAC qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
- Valid F-Gas certification (essential)
- Proven experience delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial or industrial environment
