Based from modern offices in Guildford, you'll join a highly visible finance team and work closely with senior leaders across the business, playing a key role in driving project performance and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a commercially focused role where you'll act as the financial lead across a portfolio of high-profile projects, partnering with operational stakeholders to maximise performance and profitability. Rather than simply reporting on the numbers, you'll be at the heart of decision-making, providing insight, challenge and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle. Partnering with project and operational teams to drive profitability and commercial success Leading project budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning Delivering insightful monthly reporting and performance analysis Providing financial challenge and support to aid key business decisions Identifying commercial risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes Influencing senior stakeholders through meaningful financial insight Monitoring project performance against key financial and operational metrics Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong commercial outlook and a track record of partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
