Your new company You will be working for a large housing provider who manage over 50,000 homes. Your new role The Grounds Maintenance team are responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas. This covers a large geographical area and includes market rent, shared ownership and independent living communities on many estates or the whole estate. They also provide a reactionary service where they have to deal with hazards which can be anything from dumped items to clearing snow on our independent living blocks. We’re looking for a proactive, great team player and someone with a good eye for detail who’s looking for a new challenge. Working within a team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep of the external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work. You’ll be covering sites across Slough, Windsor and Ascot from our main base and have the flexibility to plan your workload within a fortnightly round.Don’t worry about getting from site to site, we’ll provide you with an van.
