You'll be joining a global manufacturing business with international customers and a complex supply chain environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing graduate to gain hands-on commercial and operational experience early in their career.
This role is ideal for a graduate who wants real responsibility, not a back-office or purely administrative position. You'll work at the intersection of customer relationships, supply chain and commercial teams, taking ownership of day-to-day customer activity from order placement through to delivery performance. You'll be trusted early, exposed to senior stakeholders, and supported to develop quickly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts
- Managing orders, data accuracy and service performance
- Working closely with planning, logistics and production teams
- Supporting customer KPIs and resolving issues proactively
- Using ERP systems (SAP exposure desirable but not essential)
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys accountability and learning by doing.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A First-Class or strong 2:1 degree in Business, Management, International Business or similar
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with customers
