Your new role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team based at the Glasgow Head Office. In this varied and hands-on role, you will support managers and employees across a broad range of employee relations matters, helping to maintain best practice and a positive workplace culture.   • Providing expert advice to General Managers and employees on all employee relations matters
  • Monitoring absence levels and analysing HR data, trends and processes

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment practices
