Your new company Hays are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to appoint an Organisational Development Lead on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis. This organisation plays a vital role in delivering essential services and is committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and creating a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.
In this role you will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive Organisational Development strategy. This critical role will support organisational transformation, strengthen leadership capability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the organisation is equipped to meet current and future challenges in a complex public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver an organisation-wide OD strategy aligned to corporate objectives
- Design and implement a performance development framework (PDR/PDP) to enable talent development and succession planning
- Lead the introduction of digital solutions to support performance and development processes
- Develop and deliver leadership and management development programmes, including mentoring and coaching initiatives
- Advise senior leadership on organisational culture and change management
