You will support the People/Talent Manager providing a proactive and commercially focused people service across the business, partnering with managers to support effective people management, employee development, L&D, compliance and business performance.
The role combines hands on operational HR responsibilities with employee relations, L&D, manager coaching, training & competency compliance, HR systems, projects, recruitment and ethical employment standards.
This is a varied and hands on role, suited to someone who is self-motivated, proactive and confident using their initiative to take ownership of priorities and drive actions through to completion.
