About the role: In this varied position, you will support the smooth running of the finance function, ensuring accurate processing of financial information and assisting with day-to-day transactional duties. The role is offered across a 4-day working week, with 2 days based in the office and the remainder working remotely.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase invoices and ensuring correct approvals
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Raising sales invoices and reconciling customer accounts
- Posting and allocating receipts
- Supporting regular bank reconciliations
- Investigating any discrepancies
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial information
- Responding to internal and external queries
- Supporting the wider team with general finance administration
