Your new company

You will work for an international media advertising and entertainment company, with offices based in the heart of central London.

Your new role

This is a newly created role in the UK, due to a small geographical restructure. You will report to the Head of International Finance and take ownership of the daily accounting operations for the Monaco entity, as well as supporting the wider international remit.

  • Take ownership of Financial Accounting for the Monaco entity, including journals, GL maintenance and daily transactional oversight
  • Upload of results into Global ERP, ongoing system consolidation, ensuring data integrity between systems
  • Deliver accurate and technically sound financials and drive financial efficiency
  • Report on/present weekly international operations trading data
  • Partnering with the Monaco team, Group and Commercial Finance, plus other stakeholders/cross-functional teams to investigate/resolve queries and streamline processes
  • Ensure that reporting aligns with IFRS standards and internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations/standards
  • Make recommendation on any identified insufficiencies
  • Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
