Your new role involves joining the commercial team as an Estimator, supporting ongoing and future projects across the region. The role will include preparing detailed cost estimates, supporting tender submissions, and working closely with Quantity Surveyors, site teams, and senior stakeholders throughout the pre-construction phase. What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience working as an Estimator within construction, civils or earthworks-led environments
- 3+ years' experience working as an Estimator within construction, civils or earthworks-led environments
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Relevant Qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong understanding of estimating processes, cost planning and tendering
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Confident liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
- Strong commercial awareness
