The FP&A Assistant will play a key role in supporting the FD with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, helping drive informed business decisions.

Your new role:

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Produce variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast)
  • Maintain and enhance financial models and spreadsheets
  • Support cash flow forecasting and reporting
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes
  • Contribute to KPI reporting and performance analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Support improvements in reporting processes and financial controls
  • Collaborate with departments to gather financial insights
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business projects

What you'll need to succeed:
