Job Description Are you an experienced finance professional with a background in cashiering, banking operations, treasury administration or finance operations? We're recruiting for a Cashiering & Controls Officer to join a well-established organisation in Fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial controls, cash management and reconciliations in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Processing and allocating daily cash receipts Managing bank transactions and maintaining accurate cash records Performing daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations Investigating and resolving cash allocation discrepancies Producing cash and banking reports Maintaining robust financial controls and compliance procedures Supporting the finance team with month-end activities Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls Previous experience in Cashiering, Treasury, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations Knowledge of cash allocation and bank reconciliations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent numerical and analytical skills Good Excel and finance systems experience Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines AAT qualified or studying towards an accounting qualification Experience within a high-volume transactional finance environment ERP or finance systems experience Hybrid working Competitive salary Pension scheme Generous holiday allowance Career development opportunities Employee wellbeing programme If you're looking for a flexible part-time finance opportunity and have experience within cashiering or cash management, we'd love to hear from you.
