Your new company An established and professional financial services business is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its office-based team. The role would suit someone from a professional services background, ideally with experience in an IFA or financial planning firm, although wider office-based experience will also be considered. Your new role Support advisers and colleagues with the smooth running of client administration processes. Maintain accurate client records and ensure information is updated across internal systems. Assist with onboarding new clients and processing new business applications. Build positive relationships with clients, providers and third parties, acting as a key point of contact. Help coordinate the collection and management of client and provider documentation. Support regulatory and compliance activities to ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
