Working as part of a group of subsidiary companies, the Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations of a group of companies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This role involves managing the finance team, developing financial strategies, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Your new role
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group of companies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and audits.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
