We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Financial Accountant-qualified or part-qualified (ACA or ACCA)-who wants to continue developing professionally while contributing to a high-performing finance team.

This role blends daily finance operations, month-end responsibilities, and ownership of credit control decisions, giving you broad exposure and genuine progression.
You will be responsible for owning the day-to-day finance function-maintaining accurate records, supporting the general ledger and completing daily bank reconciliations; taking ownership of credit control and risk management, including invoicing, cash allocation, debt recovery and customer credit decisions; leading month-end reporting, management accounts, accruals, prepayments, balance-sheet reconciliations and compliance with ONS, VAT and HMRC; and collaborating with the finance team to drive process improvements and support audits to protect cash flow and enable fast-paced, profit-focused expansion.
