Your new company is a global design business, with projects in London, New York and Singapore. The finance function is based in London with 3 Finance Assistants, a Financial Controller, and 2 Business Partner CFOs.
Your new role is in a newly created position where you will be leading the AP team and taking ownership of cashflow, reporting into the Financial Controller.
Duties:
- Full ownership of financial operations for the group
- Leading a team of 3 Finance Assistants
- Controls, Compliance, Governance
- Finance Systems and process improvement
- Payments and banking cash operations
What you'll need to succeed:
You will need to be a proven team leader, with the ability to influence finance teams and work with the Financial Controller to improve long-term processes. Ideally, you will have worked in high volume environments, including multi-currency.
