Your new role Location: Coventry – University Hospital Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday Salary: £50,000 – £60,000We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the Healthcare team, reporting directly to the Finance Transformation Lead working within the Coventry Hospitals Contract. The role is commercially focused; supporting the contract managers and operational teams. This important role will be instrumental in delivering monthly management accounts, delivering finance reports, setting plans, improving processes and monitoring the performance of the business. As this Finance Business Partner, you will deliver commercial insight on business performance to influence decision-making, drive profitable growth and support the delivery of the organisation’s long-term strategic goals.As the Finance Business Partner, you will be working closely with the Senior Team and manage a team of two (analyst and trainee).Responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts (SAP) and associated reporting.
