Your new role involves joining this high-performing Real Estate team, renowned for its expertise in residential development. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (5 years PQE) to join this thriving team. You will play a key role in supporting clients through the full lifecycle of development projects, from initial land acquisition through to planning, infrastructure agreements, and plot sales. Working alongside experienced peers, you will advise on:
- Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
- Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
- Planning and Section 106 agreements
- Infrastructure and utility arrangements
- Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys managing complex transactions, thrives on client interaction, and wants to play an integral part in a well-established and ambitious practice.
What you will need to succeed: We are looking for someone who is qualified with 5 years PQE in Real Estate, ideally with experience in residential development. You should be technically strong in site acquisitions, planning agreements, and plot sales. You must be commercially astute with excellent client care skills, organised, and capable of managing complex transactions effectively. A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and building long-term client relationships is essential.
