Due to continued growth, we are looking to engage a Corporate Solicitor on a permanent basis.
Your new role involves someone who loves the technical side of corporate law; drafting, detail, and moving projects to completion. You'll be advising on mergers and acquisitions, exits, equity and debt investments, and working with clients that range from international listed businesses to venture capital firms, private equity houses, and high-net-worth individuals. Many of the deals are cross-border, so you'll need both technical skill and commercial awareness. You'll be involved in everything from drafting share purchase agreements and disclosure letters to managing due diligence and handling completion and post-completion matters. If you've got experience in corporate and commercial law and enjoy interpreting complex legal principles in real-world scenarios, you'll fit right in.
