Your new company Hays Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and professional Facilities Caretaker to join a busy housing team covering Liverpool and surrounding areas. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with experience in property inspections, facilities management, housing, caretaking, or building maintenance. As a Facilities Caretaker, you will be responsible for visiting and inspecting a portfolio of large Multiple Occupancy Housing (HMO) properties, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. You will play a key role in identifying maintenance issues, reporting defects, and raising repair jobs to ensure residents receive a high-quality living environment. Your new role Carry out routine inspections across multiple occupancy residential properties. Identify maintenance, repair, and health safety issues.
