We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the school's Inclusion Hub from September.
This rewarding role involves supporting children aged 4-5 years old who are working at developmental stages between 18 months and 2 years.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping children access learning, develop communication skills and build confidence within a safe and stimulating environment.
The role: Supporting children with a range of special educational needs within the Inclusion Hub.
Delivering tailored activities to meet individual developmental needs.
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support staff.
Encouraging communication, social interaction and independence.
Assisting with personal care when required.
Creating a nurturing and engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What you'll need to succeed: A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
