Your new company is a leading private bank offering an exciting interim Events role for parental cover. The role is London based, with events across EMEA and travel expected.
Your new role as the Events Associate involves delivering a range of client events, leading the planning and delivery of your own events while supporting the team on larger ones. The events will include roundtables, roadshows, and conferences, and you will be involved in logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. This interim role is expected to last for approximately 6 months and is based in central London, requiring 5 days in the office and is inside IR35.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a corporate events role
- Familiarity with platforms like Cvent and AV equipment
- Events experience in a Financial Services business, ideally targeting HNW clients
- Fluency in French or German is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to travel and work outside traditional 9-5 hours when required for events
