Pay Rate:
- Umbrella Rate: £19.34/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company)
- PAYE Basic Rate: £14.90/hour
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job description:
- 3x customer engineers on-site in Derby to support the deployment clinic.
- Lay out the deployment area - including computers, pens, paperwork, signs, etc. every morning and clean it up every evening.
- Distribute computers to customers and ask for questions.
- Ensure that we have a log of which computer went to which person (it may change if a computer fails before they leave).
- Be prepared to answer questions regarding hardware, software, data transfer, or the process for moving to the new computer.
- Provide basic computer assistance as much as they are able for the transition.
- Track the day's deployments.
- Wrap up at end of day - make sure all equipment is locked up, all asset information is captured, all old equipment is accounted for, etc.
Key Requirements: Candidates must be BPSS Cleared.
