You will be joining a young and enthusiastic team of multidisciplined consultants which has expanded rapidly over the last few years and has an exciting portfolio of projects on the horizon. My client collaboratively delivers both 'in house' construction and development projects as well as providing a range of services for private and public sector clients. The recently formed architectural division of the company is now seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician to join the team and help grow the company further, working in the residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Technician / Technologist.
- Measurement surveys
- Site visits/inspections
- Planning drawings
- Planning departments
- Consultants and contractors
- Preparing building regulations and construction drawings
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCad (LT)
- Proficiency in Revit and other software items such as Sketchup, Photoshop etc.
- A clean driving licence and be able to attend sites in and around the East Midlands
