Estates Coordinator Location: Glasgow Contract: Temporary

Hours: Full-time Your new company A well-established Housing Association in Glasgow is looking to recruit an Estates Coordinator to join their Property Services team on a temporary basis for approximately nine months, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation committed to delivering high-quality homes and neighbourhood services while making a real difference to local communities.

Your new role As Estates Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the Association's estates are safe, well maintained and provide a positive environment for residents.

Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating estate inspections and identifying maintenance requirements.

Managing responsive estate-related repairs and monitoring works through to completion.

Liaising with contractors to ensure works are delivered to the required quality, cost and timescales.

Monitoring contractor performance and service standards.

Responding to estate-related enquiries from tenants and stakeholders.

Supporting planned maintenance and environmental improvement programmes.

Maintaining accurate records and producing reports where required.

Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
