Within our Leicester office, we operate as Hays Talent Solutions, providing tailored recruitment services to our fantastic client base that is made up of industry leaders and household names. The services that we offer include but are not limited to direct recruitment, onboarding, payroll and vacancy management. We are located in Colton Square in the centre of Leicester, are a short walk from the train station with bus stops from all routes on our doorstep and also offer a discounted rate at the neighbouring NCP car parks. Your New Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will effectively engage the market and source candidates for your client in line with pre-agreed SLA’s and timeframes. This role will NOT include any business development or sales. You will be responsible for advertising roles, building talent pools and managing your candidates through the recruitment process. You will have access to an array of CV databases, job boards and social media channels alongside our huge internal database of candidates which will allow you to efficiently recruit for roles across the United Kingdom.
