A local authority is seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its legal team on a rolling contract. As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you'll provide expert legal advice on a broad range of property matters. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transactions are legally robust, commercially viable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, negotiate, and review property contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, property management issues, and statutory compliance.
- Support regeneration and development projects, including complex commercial arrangements.
- Collaborate across departments and with external parties to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.

What you'll need to succeed:- E&W-qualified solicitor with strong commercial property experience (7 years as a guideline) and a proven track record in property transactions and title matters.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Local authority experience is desirable.
