Planning Lawyer 2 To £££ This popular national firm is looking to hire a planning lawyer, ideally with experience within the social housing, local government and healthcare sectors.
Clients include local authorities, housing providers and NHS Trusts and your caseload will involve planning due diligence, drafting and negotiating s106 Agreements, s38/s278 Agreements, utility agreements, alongside planning advice including application of policy, planning applications/appeals, planning enforcement and planning committee attendance.
You will also deal with queries from policy/application/appeals through to enforcement.
Relevant experience gained either in private practice or local authority essential.
