The role of Legal Tech PSL at Ius Laboris is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys legal technology, cross‑cultural collaboration and working at the forefront of innovation in the employment law sector. You will play a key part in developing and maintaining Delphius, our award‑winning AI‑powered global employment law tool covering 55 jurisdictions. This is a role for someone with curiosity, editorial precision and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to make a real impact in a small, dynamic team.
The Content Team, which you will be part of, produces a wide range of legal, business and technology-driven content on employment law topics. The team is responsible for the development of Delphius, as well as webinars, maps, videos, international news updates, and research pieces on the future of work. In this role, you will directly support the evolution of Delphius, contribute to legal tech initiatives, and collaborate with lawyers across the Alliance to create practical, engaging and forward-looking content.
Key Responsibilities and Challenges:
- You will work closely with legal experts across the world to ensure that Delphius remains the most comprehensive, accurate and up‑to‑date AI employment law tool on the market. This involves updating existing content, drafting new material, horizon‑scanning and identifying upcoming developments in employment law.
- Your responsibilities will include copywriting, editing, researching, writing, publishing and updating legal materials across multiple platforms.
- You will help demonstrate Delphius to clients, support the marketing team, and contribute ideas for new features and improvements.
- You will also work with our international Expert Groups on global news updates and may support thought leadership projects produced with the International Policy Group.
To succeed, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with lawyers and stakeholders across many jurisdictions. You will also build and maintain relationships across the Alliance, helping to coordinate legal input from 55 countries. Given the technological dimension of the role, you will work regularly with our digital platforms and tools. You may also contribute to producing graphics, online decision trees, toolkits and other interactive features. Travel may be required from time to time to attend our annual Congress, client events, and training activities for lawyers across the Alliance, although this varies depending on sustainability considerations.
The Content Team consists of a small group of international professionals based in Paris, London and Brussels, all accustomed to remote collaboration. They work closely with lawyers across the Alliance every day, particularly members of the ten international Expert Groups and the Knowledge Managers' Group. The team is responsible for all legal and economic content published on our website and extranet, including the Global HR Law Guide, in-depth international reports, surveys, daily articles, podcasts, webinars, maps, and videos. The team also manages the International Policy Group, which interfaces with supranational organisations such as the OECD and the International Labour Organisation. Beyond legal content, the team helps drive ESG initiatives through our Responsible Business Group and oversees our global 'University' programme, delivering training to junior and senior lawyers worldwide. You may have the opportunity to contribute to these projects in addition to your main role focusing on Delphius.
The wider Central Team maintains the entrepreneurial feel it has had since the Alliance was founded in 2001. Creativity, initiative and innovation are encouraged, and every member of the team is empowered to make a meaningful impact. The team is currently working on ambitious projects, including building a leading-edge digital platform for legal updates, horizon scanning and implementation advice.
