This popular firm with an expanding commercial litigation department is looking for a lawyer to work for both public sector and private clients, across sectors including health, local government, emergency services, PFI/projects and social housing.
The role will include working on market-leading, high-value PFI/Projects, procurement and construction matters including procurement and design and construction disputes and operational disputes in relation to payment, fire safety and termination disputes.
You will take early responsibility for handling High Court litigation and all forms of ADR. Enjoy a varied and interesting caseload with a very flexible hybrid working pattern.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of PFI/Projects/Infrastructure or similar forms of public-private partnerships (both pre and post proceedings).
