Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Partner to help drive the next phase of development within their tax practice. Your new role This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an established employment tax specialist to play a key role in growing a high-performing practice and shaping its future direction.You will advise a broad range of clients, from large corporates and multinational groups to privately owned businesses, on complex employment tax matters while building and developing long-term client relationships. Leading employment tax advisory and compliance engagements. Advising on PAYE, National Insurance, employment status, off-payroll working, reward and incentives. Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and risk reviews. Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities. Building and nurturing strong client and intermediary relationships. Leading, mentoring and developing a talented employment tax team. Collaborating with senior colleagues across wider tax and advisory disciplines.
