Job Description
Are you an Employment Lawyer in the Harrogate/North Yorkshire area looking for your next opportunity? A leading national law firm advising with highly sought-after expertise in the areas of health, social care, life sciences and charity are looking to recruit a Junior Employment Solicitor with anywhere between 1 – 3 years' PQE.
The Role:
You'll work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Tribunal claims and litigation
- Advisory work on reorganisations and redundancies
- Employment issues within healthcare settings
You'll collaborate with a nationally recognised team, led by a leading sector expert and will gain exposure to high-profile cases and clients, particularly within the NHS.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years' PQE in employment law
- Experience managing tribunal claims
- Knowledge of health, social care or third sector clients (NHS experience a plus)
- Interest in business development
