Your new companyOur client is a reputable insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting an EL/PL Lead Lawyer to handle a full multi-track caseload and undertake client lead responsibilities.Your new roleThis EL/PL Lead Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of multi-track defendant EL/PL cases typically valued from £25,000 to £150,000. You will also assist Partners on high-value claims up to £1,000,000. Successful applicants will become the Technical Lead for at least one client becoming the main point of contact. You will be involved in internal technical client meetings.What you’ll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with experience handling multi-track EL/PL files valued up to a minimum of £150,000. Applicants from a defendant background are preferable, but strong claimant lawyers are encouraged to apply.
