A well-established, bespoke property developer based in Edinburgh, specialising in high-quality residential, hotel, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments. With a reputation for delivering complex refurbishment and redevelopment schemes, they manage projects up to £50m and pride themselves on a collaborative, high-performing culture driven by experienced professionals.

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to step into a leadership role. You will take ownership of a small, highly capable commercial team, leading four experienced Quantity Surveyors across a portfolio of refurbishment-led projects.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you will oversee cost management, procurement, and commercial delivery while providing guidance and leadership to an already established team.
