Your new role: This is a temporary Tenancy Support Worker role, providing flexible cover across services when needed. You will work alongside people experiencing housing or wellbeing challenges, offering person led, trauma-informed support that empowers them to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out needs assessments to understand each person's circumstances, strengths, and goals.
  • Co-producing Individual Support Plans that promote independence and reflect personal aspirations.
  • Reviewing support plans and risk assessments to ensure they remain relevant and empowering.
  • Working collaboratively with local partners, housing providers, and community organisations.
  • Offering advice and guidance through community drop-ins across Blaenau Gwent.
  • Coordinating long-term and crisis interventions, including attending joint meetings and case reviews.
  • Supporting people to access information, digital tools, and resources to manage housing, benefits, and wellbeing.
  • Providing resettlement support for those moving into new or independent accommodation.
