Your new role
Executive Assistant to the COO, the COO is highly career-driven. He works at a real pace of speed. The role will include support for board packs/papers, complex global travel, high-level diary management, putting together spreadsheets/reports – a background in support in finance may be beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working in a global insurance firm – this is essential. Board-level experience with a steady CV is essential.
What you'll get in return
Great package – good bonus, 25-day holiday. Hybrid working – you will need to reflect the COO's diary, so some weeks – 5 days and some weeks 1 day. Overall, probably 4 days a week in the office.
