We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based close to Darlington town centre that is currently undergoing a transition period and requires additional support within its finance team. This is an ongoing temporary assignment offering an immediate start, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Resolving invoice and supplier query issues
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing payment runs
- Maintaining supplier accounts and records
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience using finance systems and Excel
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
