Your new firm This North West law firm has a long-standing reputation for its planning work. Your new role This planning solicitor role will see you undertake a broad range of work. This will include: planning applications, appeals and objections; section 106 agreements and highways agreements (s38/s278); High Court challenges and Judicial Review; enforcement, prosecutions and lawfulness (including Certificates of Lawfulness); Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO), village greens and public rights of way; Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) matters. You can look forward to advising on high profile matters both locally and nationally and to working closely with the wider team and with key clients. What you'll need to succeed You should be a planning lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' PQE. You will have a commercial approach and will ideally have both contentious and non-contentious planning experience.
